Growing plants and vegetables in space
This was an interesting article about how vegetables and plants grow in greenhouse in space.

Well at least we'll be able to be vegans if we have to suddenly leave Earth! It's also interesting that they mentioned using the space experiments to optimize treatment of plants in small spaces on Earth..
