I think it is smart of them to try to make neutralizing antibodies that can attack the static parts of the virus to side-step the mutations the virus constantly undergoes. I think that experiment would be very tedious and very discouraging, but I hope they end up with good results. I think its great that they have a plan to try to get HIV/AIDS under control
